With this episode, we continue our review of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. This is Season 5, Episode 15 where we go over Chapter 15 - The Hogwarts High Inquisitor. Percy was right - Professor Umbridge is moving up in the world but not in a good way. She's now the High Inquisitor which means she's going to inspect teachers and start changing even more things. This is not going to go well, especially with some of the professors.  Let's find out how is goes!
